Terms of service
The rules for using this site.
Effective September 6, 2026. These terms cover the website of Acupuncture of Orlando, 4248 W. Town Center Blvd, Suite 2, Orlando, FL 32837, run by Dr. Zakia Chang, AP, OMD. By using this site you accept them.
The short version: this website tells you what we do and lets you ask for a call. It is not medical advice and it is not a way to reach us in an emergency. If you tick a box for text messages, you can stop them any time by replying STOP.
This site is not medical advice
Everything here is general information about acupuncture and about our practice. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan and not a substitute for being examined by a licensed provider. Reading this site does not make you our patient, and nothing on it should stop you from getting care or change treatment a doctor has given you.
In an emergency call 911. Do not use this website, the form or text messages for anything urgent. Nobody watches them around the clock.
Requesting a consultation
The form asks for your name, your phone number and a few details about your pain, so we can prepare the call. Sending it is a request for a call back, not a booked appointment and not a promise of treatment. Whether acupuncture suits your situation is decided in person, not through a form.
Please give us information that is true and your own. If you send us somebody else’s number, we have no way of knowing, and they get a call they never asked for. What we do with what you send is described in our privacy notice.
Text messages
We run two separate text message programs and you choose each one on its own, with its own checkbox on the form. Both start empty.
- Messages about your request. A callback, an appointment confirmation, a reminder, an answer to something you asked.
- Promotional messages. Treatments we offer, occasional offers and clinic news.
Neither is a condition of treatment or of any purchase. You can send the form with both boxes empty and we will still call you back. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and they are between you and your mobile carrier, not us.
To stop our text messages, text STOP to any of them. That ends the messages you replied to, and we may send one last message confirming it. The two programs are separate, so stopping one does not stop the other. If you want out of both, text STOP to both, or just tell us and we will take you off. Reply HELP to any message for help, or reach a person directly:
- Phone: (407) 440-2808, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
- In person or by mail: Acupuncture of Orlando, 4248 W. Town Center Blvd, Suite 2, Orlando, FL 32837
Text messages are not private the way a conversation in the treatment room is. Please do not send health details by text. Our messages go out through LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.), which handles them on our behalf. We do not share your mobile number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing, as set out in our privacy notice.
Phone calls
When you send the form you are asking us to call you back at the number you gave, and we may use automated dialing to do it. You can tell us to stop calling at any point, on the phone or in writing, and we will.
Age
This site and both text message programs are for adults. You must be 18 or older to send the form or to agree to receive text messages from us. If you are a parent or guardian asking about care for a child, send the form yourself and tell us on the call.
What is ours
The text, photos, logo and layout of this site belong to Acupuncture of Orlando. You are welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. Please do not copy it onto another site or use it to advertise something else. Patient reviews quoted here are the words of the people who wrote them.
Where our responsibility ends
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never down. It is provided as it is.
Text messages depend on your mobile carrier and on your phone. Messages can be delayed, arrive out of order or not arrive at all. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither are we, for anything outside our control. A missed reminder is not a cancelled appointment: if you are unsure about an appointment, call us.
To the extent Florida law allows it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the care we actually provide, which is governed by Florida law and by the rules of our profession, not by a website notice.
Changes, questions and where this applies
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and anything we cannot settle between us belongs before the courts of Orange County, Florida.
